In Britain’s largest ever health survey presented to the Government on 27th October 2004, it was found

that only 6% of people are ‘optimally healthy’

 

What does being optimally healthy mean?

§         Optimum physical performance and desire to maintain physical fitness

§         Optimum psychological performance, mental & emotional balance

§         Optimum chemical performance

§         Absence of ill health – signs and symptoms

§         Longevity – longest healthy lifespan

 

The survey also showed the following shocking results:

§         44% of people where in poor health

§         80% with frequent low energy

§         81% with constipation

§         75% with high stress

§         64% of women with PMS

§         64% with abdominal bloating

§         50% with frequent colds

§         46% with headaches or migraine

§         46% with depression
